Appointments

We make every effort to honor your appointment time, however, due to emergencies and critically ill patients, we occasionally run late. Our staff will notify you when you check in if your appointment will be delayed. You may choose to stay and wait or reschedule your appointment.

Referrals

Patients are responsible for obtaining all insurance-required referrals for their family doctor. We recommend you call prior to your appointment, as we must have a valid referral prior to your service.
